YouTube is been offering free pack of 50 business cards [worth 30$] to its Users/Contributors via affiliation with the MOO network.
The offer's been extended till june 30th 2010 I believe. You can either chose from some of their readymade templates or design one yourself with the help of their design corner. This is a great way to promote yourself or show off if you are one of those YouTube heroes who has a million channel views!
