A viral video of Mr.Dennis Hong at TED bumped onto my mail box last night. TED is a global platform for ideas worth spreading. This video shows Dennis' seven species of robot that he and his team have developed in RoMeLa, Virginia Tech. There's a real life 5 foot strider bot look alike from the Half life game, and one thats something like an adaptive wheel with spokes to help it in all terrain wheeling. As the video proceeds, the robots keep getting exciting. My favorite was the humanoid bot playing Soccer in the international RoboCup championship! Enough talks, Check out the video below!
