Evolution: scientists find Fishes that has hands

We all know evolution happens and almost all of the creatures evolve gradually over a million of years. But here's the strangest thing, Nat Geo people report that Scientists have identified nine new species of fishes off the coast of Australia, that seem to have hands,..or atleast protrusion that looks very similar to hand.These nine new species, listed as vulnerable, seem to walk on ocean floor rather than using their fins to wade through water.

You know, the picture on above kinda reminds me of classic horror movie cartoons and their sea monsters ;)
