The original author of the story, Horang, says that this story dates back to 2007, reconstructed from accounts of people from that locality where the incident took place. It's about a Woman named "Cho" from Seoul who was sighted more than a few times during that period. The only misfitting fact is, that Cho was dead for more than an year already...
